TERMS OF SERVICE

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow our team 1 - 2 business days to process your order and to be packaged and then delivered to our shipping carrier. Note that we do not process or ship orders over the weekend.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

International Orders will be shipped with a different carrier depending on the fulfilment center your order ships from. Average transit times to International: Express Shipping 5 - 7 Business days Standard Shipping 10 - 15 Business days Please note that if you ordered multiple different products, they may arrive in separate packages and some may arrive on different dates. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, unexpected weather, global pandemics, etc) that may cause shipping postponements or delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances out of our control that our carriers do experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee an exact delivery time.

HOW TO GET TRACKING INFO?

We provide tracking numbers for every order. Tracking will be available once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, if there was a mistake or you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your payment. Please email us at [email protected] letting us know why you decided to cancel your order with the subject line "Please cancel my order" as well as provide us with your order number.

I ENTERED MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY

If you have misspelt or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email providing us with the corrected information. We just request that you notify us immediately (within 12 hours of ordering) via email at [email protected].

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We ship every order with extra padding to mitigate such issues. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 orders arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment of our packages. We apologize sincerely if this happens to you. But not to worry. If this happens to you, please contact us with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A picture or video of the damaged packaging as well as the product inside

Once we receive your email with the required information requested, we'll be happy to send out a replacement as quickly as possible!

Refunds

When your refund is approved you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. A member of our team will let you know once your refund has been processed. Please note it may take 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to post your refund to your account.

Our protection plans guarantee that if the products you buy from us stop working or if they malfunction, we will send you a replacement. The only thing you'll have to do is cover the shipping charges.

30-Day Return Policy

If you decide to return you unwanted purchase, please contact us to request a start of your return processing. We will request some information from you to verify your purchase. If a replacement requested, you will receive it within 7-10 business days. Shipping and handling charges may apply per replaced item.

Return Policy

With our industry-leading 30-day return policy, and our award-winning customer service team. If you decide to return your purchase, We do offer hassle-free returns when your order is still in its original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date.

We offer prepaid return labels when shipping your item back. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please email [email protected] and a member of our customer care team will assist you through this process. Your customer care representative will let you know in advance what your refund total will be and answer any questions you might have.

If your returned product does not pass our inspection process, it may not be eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for the shipping fee to send back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange. Damaged or Defective Bottles Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you notice any items that are damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
