The transaction of illegal, unsafe, or other restricted products listed on these pages, including products available only by prescription, is strictly prohibited.

We are constantly innovating on behalf of our customers and working with regulators and experts to improve the ways we detect and prevent illegal and unsafe products from reaching our platform. papmall® encourages you to report listings that violate papmall®’s policies or applicable law by contacting us. We will investigate each report thoroughly and take appropriate action. These include:

1. Illegal products and services:

Drugs that are illegal, chemicals that seem like illicit drugs, and tools for creating or consuming drugs.
Providing false testimonials or identification.
Equipment for tampering with communications, such as jammers.
Any company or organization that a. engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence or physical harm to people or property, or b. engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic, is prohibited from doing business.
Any additional goods or services that are illegal in the countries where your company is located or that are intended for those countries.

2. Services and goods that violate intellectual property rights:

Transactions or distribution of any licensed products, including music, movies, software, and other media, without the necessary permission.
Counterfeit products; unauthorized imports or exports.
Unlicensed goods or services with designer or brand names.
Any additional goods or services that directly violate or assist in violating a third party’s trademark, patent, copyright, trade secrets, intellectual rights, or privacy rights.

3. Marijuana:

Marijuana products.
Dispensaries for cannabis and related companies.
Products with any CBD/THC content.

4. Hazardous materials:

Products that are dangerous to transport or can pose a risk to health or safety, such as chemicals, explosives, and flammable materials, are not allowed.

5. Offensive material:

papmall® does not allow products that promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability.

6. Restricted items:

Transactions of certain products, such as firearms, alcohol, and tobacco, are subject to specific regulations and restrictions and require proper licenses and permits to carry out.
