In the event of any dispute arising between papmall\u00ae and the\nend-user regarding the Products or services sold by papmall\u00ae, papmall\u00ae shall be solely responsible for\nhandling and resolving such disputes.\n2. papmall\u00ae shall undertake all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes\nwith end-users in a fair and timely manner, taking into account the circumstances and applicable laws and regulations.\nAnd the following steps should be taken:\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px;\">a. Reporting Disputes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">i) If an end-user raises a dispute related to a Product or service purchased from papmall\u00ae, end-user shall\npromptly notify papmall\u00ae&#8217;s designated dispute resolution contact via <a title=\"support@papmall.com\" href=\"mailto:support@papmall.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">support@papmall.com<\/a>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">ii) End-user shall provide detailed information regarding the nature of the dispute, including the order number,\ndescription of the issue, and any relevant evidence or documentation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px;\">b. Investigation and Review:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">i) Upon receiving notice of a dispute, papmall\u00ae&#8217;s dispute resolution team shall conduct a thorough investigation\ninto the matter;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">ii)papmall\u00ae may request additional information or clarification from the end-user.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px;\">c. Communication with End-User:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">i) papmall\u00ae shall communicate directly with the end-user to gather their perspective on the dispute and address\nany concerns they may have.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">ii)papmall\u00ae shall inform the end-user and provide updates on the progress of the dispute resolution efforts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px;\">d. Resolution Proposal:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">i) Based on the findings of the investigation and discussions with the end-user, papmall\u00ae shall propose a\nresolution to the dispute;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">ii)The proposed resolution may include options such as issuing a refund, providing a replacement Product, offering a\ndiscount or credit, or any other form of compensation deemed appropriate by papmall\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px;\">e. Approval and Implementation:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">i) If the proposed resolution is acceptable to the end-user, papmall\u00ae shall proceed with implementing the\nresolution in a timely manner;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">ii)papmall\u00ae shall notify the end-user of the agreed-upon resolution and provide instructions for any necessary\nactions to be taken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px;\">f. Appeal Process:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">i) If the end-user disagrees with papmall\u00ae&#8217;s proposed resolution or believes that additional information should\nbe considered, the end-user may request an appeal by submitting a written appeal to papmall\u00ae&#8217;s dispute\nresolution team within 3 days of receiving the proposed resolution;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">ii) papmall\u00ae&#8217;s dispute resolution team shall review the appeal and may conduct further investigation if necessary;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">iii) papmall\u00ae shall communicate the outcome of the appeal to the end-user in writing within a reasonable timeframe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px;\">g. Final Decision:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">i) papmall\u00ae&#8217;s decision regarding the resolution of the dispute shall be final and binding on both sides.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">ii)The end-usershall abide by papmall\u00ae&#8217;s decision and take all necessary actions to implement the agreed-upon\nresolution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 15px;\">h. Confidentiality:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">i) All communications and information related to the dispute resolution process shall be treated as confidential and\nshall not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of all parties involved, except as required by law.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">ii)By following this Dispute Process, papmall\u00ae aim to resolve disputes in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring the\nsatisfaction of end-users while upholding the integrity of papmall\u00ae&#8217;s business operations.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Home Dispute Policy Dispute Resolution Process: 1.
