Baby Items<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Baby items can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment.<\/li>\n \t<li>Gifts purchased from a Baby Registry can be returned within 365 days after receipt of shipment.<\/li>\n \t<li>Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.<\/li>\n \t<li>If your return is not a result of an papmall\u00ae error, we won\u2019t refund the original shipping fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Clothing and Accessories<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>You can return clothing and accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Computers and Electronics<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>New desktops, laptops, tablets, and other electronics (excluding televisions, and Apple Brand products)\npurchased\nfrom papmall.com that didn\u2019t start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or are still in an\nunopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.<\/li>\n \t<li>Apple Brand products purchased in papmall.com can be returned within 15 days of delivery.<\/li>\n \t<li>papmall.com may test products that are returned by customers because they didn\u2019t start when they arrived\nand\nimpose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition\nof\nthe product.<\/li>\n \t<li>Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition\ndue\nto customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of\nthe\nproduct.<\/li>\n \t<li>Contact the manufacturer directly for product registration and warranty-related information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nNote: Before returning items on which you\u2019ve saved personal information, erase this information completely by\nfollowing manufacturer instructions.\n<h2>4. Jewelry and Watches<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.<\/li>\n \t<li>All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and\nappraisal must be returned with the item.<\/li>\n \t<li>Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.<\/li>\n \t<li>Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won\u2019t be accepted for return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>9. Live Plants or Insects<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Fresh flowers, live indoor plants, or insects are not returnable to papmall\u00ae, but may be refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>10. Luxury Stores<\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li>The following guidelines apply to all return-eligible products, and returns that fail to adhere to these\nguidelines may be rejected. Beauty products made of hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, are\nnot returnable to papmall\u00ae. These products will not display a \u2018\u2019free returns\u2019\u2019 message\non the product detail page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Luxury Store products must be returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition. This includes any attached tags\n(product tags and security tags), and where applicable, hygiene seals.<\/li>\n \t<li>Product packaging and documentation should also be returned with Luxury Stores products. For packaging, we seek\nthe brand packaging (provided by the luxury brand directly, different from the Luxury Stores packaging). For\nproduct\ndocumentation, this includes any certificates of authenticity, grading, warranty cards.<\/li>\n \t<li>Items must be returned using the return label we provide. In rare cases where a return label is not provided,\nitems must be returned using a trackable ship method and be insured for the value of the merchandise and shipped\nwith a signature shipping service.<\/li>\n \t<li>If we have concerns with authenticity or the condition of the return, we may provide a longer return processing\nwindow to evaluate with the brand owner, and this may impact the timing of any applicable refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>11. Major Appliances<\/h2>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Major appliances are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of purchase<\/li>\n \t<li>At the point of delivery, unbox and check that the item is correct and free from damage. Software and Video Games<\/h2>\n<ul>\n \t<li>Software and video games can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned software or\nvideo\ngames that are activated, used, or missing parts will incur up to a 100% restocking fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>16.
